Refund policy
We want every customer to be happy with their order. However, because each book is printed individually and processed automatically, our ability to accommodate returns and refunds is limited. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed automatically once placed. To request a cancellation or change, email info@pilgrimsmanor.com with your order number and the subject "Cancel Order" within 2 hours of purchase. After this window your order has entered fulfillment and can no longer be modified.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible your item must be unused, in its original condition, and reported to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Currency misunderstandings when placing an order
- Minor variations in print or color
- Orders undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info@pilgrimsmanor.com with clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item and would like a replacement, please contact us first at info@pilgrimsmanor.com. In most cases you will not need to return the original book. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selections made at checkout.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt provided the product is not fulfilled on an individual basis. Because our books are sourced and shipped individually per order, they fall outside the standard 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect however, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for confirmed defective or incorrect items. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since your approval and you have not received it, contact us at info@pilgrimsmanor.com.
